● adrenal incidentalomas

● diabetes mellitus type 1, type 2, MODY, pancreatogenic diabetes

Which patient with thyroidopathy should be referred to endocrinology?

● a pregnant woman with hypothyroidism
● patient with subacute thyroiditis
● an asymptomatic patient with hyperthyroidism taking amiodarone
● persistent subclinical hyperthyroidism (2x repeated TSH 3 months apart)
● patient with a palpable thyroid nodule or nodule >5mm detected by imaging

When to refer a patient with diabetes to our care?

● patients with T1DM
● poorly compensated type 2 diabetic
● T2DM with microangiopathic complication
● DM type 2 with macroangiopathic complication
